I woke up this morning with the sudden, alarming awareness that my next WSET exam is two weeks from today, and I am woefully behind in my preparation. I’ll be putting myself through sparkling wine bootcamp for the next two weeks to give myself a decent chance of success. Because I’ve been less than reliable here for the last couple of months anyway, I wanted to drop by and let you know that I’ll be picking up my writing again after June 10, hopefully with plenty of new information to tell you about all I’ve learned about the world of bubbly.
